Demolition
Existing flooring is removed if required, and the subfloor is inspected and prepared.
Durable tile floors
Floor tile installation for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, entrances, basements, and other high-use home areas.
What we do
Good floor tile starts before the first tile is installed. We look at the surface, layout, tile size, movement joints, transitions, and details around walls, doors, vents, and fixtures so the finished floor feels clean and built to last.
We serve Aurora and nearby areas including Newmarket, Richmond Hill, King, East Gwillimbury, and Vaughan.
Process
Existing flooring is removed if required, and the subfloor is inspected and prepared.
A decoupling membrane such as Schluter® Ditra is installed when needed and allowed to cure properly.
The tile layout, starting point, transitions, and cuts are carefully planned.
Tile is installed with proper coverage, alignment, spacing, and grout application.
Final details are completed, the floor is cleaned, and the workspace is left ready to use.
Project notes
A floor tile project usually starts with checking the surface, reviewing tile size and pattern, planning cuts and transitions, and preparing the area for a durable installation.
